We draw type the slow way,
because the fast way
always shows.

We don't auto-generate weights or trace trends. Every glyph is drawn, spaced, and tested by a human who will defend each curve.

A typeface outlives the brief it was made for. We draw for the next decade, not the next deck.

[ How a Typeface Is Made ]
01

Draw

Every letter starts on a grid and ends in a Bézier curve, drawn by hand. We design the lowercase n and o first — the rhythm of the whole alphabet lives there.

02

Space & Kern

A typeface is only as good as its spacing. We space every glyph against every other, then kern the awkward pairs until the texture is even and invisible.

03

Engineer

OpenType features, hinting, variable axes, language support. The unglamorous craft that makes a drawing into a font that works everywhere.

04

Release

Specimen, test pages, documentation, licensing. We ship a typeface like a product — and support it for years after.
